On 3rd November 2020 Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Delhi Chapter organized a lecture on the topic “Take Your Business to The Next Level” from 2:30 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. 49 businessmen from different parts of delhi especially from south east participated in the lecture. Lecture started with Tilawate Quran and guests facilitation by Mr. Sultan Salahuddin State Coordinator of Rifah Delhi Chapter. Introduction of RIFAH and its journey from Maharashtra to pan India covered by National Coordinator Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad. Mr. Mirza Afzal Baig (General Secretary of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry) on “Take Your Business to The Next Level.” It was a powerful lecture in which he shared basically three points: change of mindset is the first step to scale up a business where we are the hurdle since satisfied with the existing position of the company. Addressing the social need through our product and service we are offering. Developing managerial skill rather than taking burden of the work on your shoulders. Develop a team to manage your company gradually since delegation of work is important for taking your business to the next level. Q&A session was also done where Mr. Mirza Afzal Baig gave some suitable answers to businessmen and on how to overcome with the coming challenges to become a successful businessman. Last but not the least, a concluding speech given by Chief Guest Mr. Syed Aziz Mohiuddin National Secretary Jamate Islami Hind on islamic ways of doing a business. He explained gist of a story narrated by Shaikh Saadi where lesson is given to become an entreprenuer and serve the society rather than being part of the line of takers. Also, history of Islam shows Muslim were always ahead in grasping knowledge of in every fields of life irrespective of science or technology. Program ended with the vote of thanks by Mr. Sultan Salahuddin.
