| Description | From the Desk of State President RIFAH Karnataka Chapter – Mental Overhauling and Direction Setting for the Districts Leadership Team – RIFAH Karnataka Chapter State Team staged a day long session for the Districts Leadership Team of Karnataka on 11th February at Metropolis Hotel of Hubli. The central theme of the program was Mental Overhauling and Direction Setting for the Districts Leadership Team. The objectives defined were to strengthen the District Teams, mobilize them, give them the direction and encourage them on enhancing the Membership, Business Meets and Events and Mutual Cooperation. The representatives from 12 Districts of Karnataka attended the day-long program. The State President, Syed Mumtaz Mansoori, brainstormed the leadership team around the core objectives of the program. The answers for the questions like What is RIFAH, Why RIFAH, Offerings of RIFAH, Methodology of RIFAH, Distinctive Aspects of RIFAH, etc. have been given and explained in detail by the State President. The State Secretaries Arifullah Sb, Aslam Jahgirdar Sb, Akhtar Ali Sb, Abdul Jabbar Fayaz Sb and Mateen Sb presented their methodologies and highlighted their expectations in their respective domains of Organization, Membership, Business Events, Patron Relationship and Digital Promotion respectively. The District Presidents from BLR, Mysore, Hubli, Bidar, Mangalore, Gulbarga, Vijayapura, Koppal and Chitradurga presented their success stories and challenges. The District Presidents also expressed their commitment and firm understanding towards taking RIFAH to the next levels in their districts. During the close interaction it’s been learnt that many districts have enrolled the membership by filling the forms locally. The total count at this front might cross at least 100 members. This is the prime reason in the membership statistics as why the count for Karnataka looks declining. All District Presidents have been asked to report such enrolments to the State and Centre with the highest priority so that the associated process of membership enrolment is thoroughly regularized. The need of conducting such sessions on regular basis has been emphasized by the participants. It’s also realized that the State Body should regularly conduct Review Meets for the District Presidents. The day long program ended with the Concluding Speech and guidance on Way-Forward by the State President. In Shaa Allah, this program will play instrumental role in reorienting the RIFAH activities in Karnataka State. Many Congratulations to RIFAH Hubli Team for their commitment toward making the necessary arrangements for the program. Syed Mumtaz |
