RIFAH–Bidar Unit Hosts Monthly Meeting Focused on Youth Empowerment and Halal Livelihood Initiatives

Bidar, 1st August 2025 — The monthly meeting of RIFAH – Bidar Unit was successfully held at Shaheen Campus, in collaboration with Zakat Center India, MRF, Karunya Islami Bank, and Bidar Betterment Foundation. The gathering highlighted key initiatives aimed at supporting skilled youth and promoting halal business and employment solutions within the community.

Key Highlights from the Meeting:

🔹 Support for Skilled Youth:
RIFAH and its partners are identifying talented youth from underprivileged backgrounds. Eligible individuals will be provided financial support through Zakat funds and, where necessary, Interest-Free Islamic Financing via Karunya Bank.

🔹 Certified Accountancy Training Program:
A 3-week certified training program for 250 students has been approved to enhance employability in the finance and administration sectors.

🔹 Driving License Initiative:
A total of 100 eligible youth will be assisted in obtaining driving licenses, helping open access to jobs in the transportation and delivery sectors.

🔹 Formation of Joint Action Committee:
To ensure better coordination and long-term impact, all participating organizations agreed to form a Joint Action Committee to work under a unified structure.
