The program started with a soulful recitation of the Holy Quran, creating a serene and respectful atmosphere. Dr. Aslam, Secretary of RCCI, delivered an insightful inaugural speech, providing an introduction to RIFAH and highlighting its diverse activities, especially those aimed at networking businessmen globally. Mr. S Ameen Ul Hassan, the Chairman of RIFAH, delivered an inspiring address that underscored RIFAH’s pivotal role as a bridge and supporter for Indian businessmen in Saudi Arabia. His motivational words not only encouraged active participation from the Indian diaspora, primarily involved in business but also made this B2B networking meet groundbreaking. Mr. Hassan delved into the significance of economic upliftment within the community, drawing various examples from the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions. He also clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, shedding light on its importance and relevance. Mr. Syed Wayez, a distinguished figure as the Founder & CEO of several startups in KSA, delivered an enlightening presentation. He provided valuable insights into the intricacies of establishing a business, elucidating on the essential requirements and compliances necessary to initiate and successfully operate a business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Saiyum Khan concluded the event by expressing gratitude to the attendees, the dedicated staff of Zouq Hindi Hotel for arrangements, and the logistics team for their coordination and cooperation in the success of the event. The event witnessed substantial participation from the Indian diaspora, particularly those deeply involved in various business ventures. Notably, this marked the first-of-its-kind networking B2B meet in Saudi Arabia and the second international gathering organized by RIFAH. The tour spanned from February 27th to March 5th, featuring key events. From February 27th to 29th, participants visited the BIG 5 Construct Saudi Expo. On March 1st, a significant B2B event took place, combining a social gathering for networking. Following this, from March 2nd to 5th, the itinerary included visits to Islamic historical sites, culminating in the performance of Umrah in Makkah. |
