The seminar commenced with a spiritual and solemn start. Mr. Abdul Mannan from the Okhla Unit team performed the Tilawat-e-Quran, setting a respectful tone for the day's proceedings.
2. Inaugural Address
Mr. Sultan Salahuddin, the President of Rifah Delhi NCR State, delivered the inaugural words. His address focused on the vision of the network and the importance of fostering a collaborative business ecosystem within the region.
3. Keynote: Employee Management & HR
Dr. Shaad Habeeb led a deep-dive session into human resources. The discussion covered:
* Effective Employee Management: Strategies for maintaining a productive workforce.
* HR Solutions: Modern tools and methodologies for streamlining organizational growth.
4. Special Session: The Power of Connection
Just before the break, Mr. Rashid Kamal Lari shared a pivotal segment on the Benefits of Networking. He emphasized how strategic connections act as a catalyst for business resilience and market expansion.

The session paused for Namaaz, Tea, and Lunch. This interval served as a vital touchpoint for heart-warming networking, where participants engaged in one-on-one conversations, exchanged ideas, and built professional rapport.
6. Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) Slot
Mr. Mohd Hamza moderated a high-impact technical session focused on scaling businesses. Key highlights included:

* Q&A Session: An interactive segment where participants and sponsors addressed specific operational challenges.

Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bangalore organised a Tri - District chapter meeting Hijrath-e-Tijarath  comprising of Bangalore - Mysore - Tumkur Chapters at Spring hotel on 14th April 2026.

The Meeting started with Opening Remarks by the Secretary, Islamic Minutes by Jb Mohammad Arifulla sb, followed by the Presidential speech by Bangalore chapter President Akhtar Ali.
He whole heartedly welcomed and thanked the Mysore President Jb Waseem Khan and all his team, Jb Yahya Khan along with his team along with the State President Jb Syed Mumtaz Mansoori, General Secretary Jb Mohammad Arifulla, State Secretariat team consisting of Habibur Rahman - Networking and Events, Syed Zubair - PR and Membership, Matheen - Rifah Connect, Valliulla - Corporate Communication, Fazil - Entrepreneurship and Business Guidance, Saleem Khan - Tazkiya and Training for Joining us on this day. 
We had close to 80 members attending this meaningful and collaboration filled meeting wherein the Members did a great network with the members present and generated many references and collaboration with in the 3 chapters. The purpose and the mission and vision of all this meeting and bringing them on to One Single platform of Rifah was to have better understanding, one to one and face to face meetings, discuss more and in-depth about each other's company and this create opportunities of future business. The Bangalore president stressed upon all the above mentioned activities and reiterated that only exchange of business cards or having online meetings does not have value or cannot create that bonding or cannot create that Trust which happens only when you sit and discuss across the table. 
The meeting had many list in the agenda like Elevator speech conduction where every member gets to introduce their respective business, 1-1 conclave where all the 3 districts members could meet and interact together about their business in a much strategic and elaborated way. This was a great success and had great impact in this meeting. 
We had couple of Sponsorship Company presentation by Jb Tanveer from m/s Flamezia, From Mohammed Arifulla representing m/s Rug-rel systems and Components Pvt Ltd. 
We had an impactful and an important presentation by the State team for the RCCI membership and roadmap. 
At last we had a wonderful speech by the State President Jb Syed Mumtaz Mansoori sb in line with the Theme HIJRAT-E-TIJARATH, where he explained the importance of the Tri District meeting along with the importance on Lifting others by contribution, Pure intention of Giving rather than taking, from Adolescence - immaturity to Maturity - Growth, Sense of Responsibility, 
Strategic Methodology of Giving, referring and showcasing, Dig your well before you are thirsty perception and many more points that left a mark and was indeed a big takeaway for All the audience. He also emphasized on being first a giver and attend the meetings having the intention of Giving atleast 5 referrals whenever attending a meeting rather than taking.
Do not ask anything if we can't give anything, be it a relationship referral or a transactional referral. When practiced precisely we automatically generate a path of getting. In this very important is the sense of commitment and Intentions of giving. 
Thanks to our State President for his wonderful but yet impactful message.

The meeting was very successfully and meticulously planned and well anchored by the whole Bangalore chapter council team consisting of Jb Asim khan and Jb Meer Mohideen - Vice Presidents, Jb Mohisin Akram the Secretary, Jb Yousuf Sharif the Treasurer, Jb Ikramulla - Networking head, Jb Syed Habeeb - Council Head, Jb Viquas Mahmood - Membership chair, Jb Musavvir sb, Jb Habibur Rahman, Jb Mohammad Arifulla sb, Jb Saleem Khan - Council Members and all the Bangalore chapter members and visitors for having made this successful.

RIFAH Chamber of Commerce Annual Conference

The Annual Summit of the RIFAH Chamber of Commerce and Industries was successfully held on Saturday, 16 May 2026, at KM Spectra. The inaugural address was delivered by the State President, Younus Sait.

More than 500 businesspersons, over 15 speakers, influential thinkers, and distinguished guests participated in the summit, making the event a grand success and a memorable gathering of entrepreneurs and community leaders. RIFAH also honoured five Businessmen that made remarkable contributions to the commercial growth of Tamil Nadu by presenting them with the prestigious RIFAH Awards.

The summit featured insightful sessions on several important themes:
