The following business manifesto crafted by the Rifah state president Syed Mumtaz Mansoori was released during the event:

SEVEN CORE PROTOCOLS

*Seven Key Points : A Manifesto for Action*- *By syed Mumtaz Mansoori - karnataka State president*

This manifesto outlines seven foundational pillars for individual and collective prosperity, focusing on empowerment, economic collaboration, and global unity.

1. Live a Life of Purpose
The richest place on earth is the graveyard, where all dreams lie buried. Don’t let fear or procrastination hold you back; unlock your full potential, leverage your unique talents, and ensure your life’s work makes a meaningful impact.

2. Empower Individuals
Prioritize the growth and empowerment of every individual. Invest in education and training, provide mentorship, and create equal opportunities for advancement, allowing future collective strength to emerge.

3. Support Small Businesses
Protect and nurture small and medium-sized enterprises. They are the backbone of innovation, local employment, and community prosperity. Support them through conscious consumption and effective policies.

4. Foster Collaboration
Promote partnerships and joint initiatives. Meaningful progress is achieved through mutual effort, pooling diverse resources, and breaking down barriers.

5. Respect Big Business
Maintain professional and respectful relationships with large corporations. Recognize their market presence and view them as potential partners rather than competitors, contributing to broader stability.

6. Big Businesses Support Small Businesses
Large corporations should act as guides and facilitators, consciously promoting the healthy growth of small, innovative projects by providing resources, transparent supply chains, and expert support.

7. Unite for National & Global Prosperity
Come together on a single platform for national and global unity and collective action. This unified effort will amplify the strength, political influence, and shared voice of the global community.
